Preservationists Seek Review Of $35M Cruise Terminal

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 8:45 PM EDT) -- A group of preservationists sued the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on Monday seeking public review of a proposed $35 million cruise terminal next to Charleston, S.C.'s historic district, arguing that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers had failed to seek required public comment on how the project would affect residents.
