Jacobi Pleads Guilty To Bid-Rigging DOD Contracts

Law360 (September 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Jacobi Industries Inc. on Thursday became the latest company to plead guilty to conspiring to rig bids on U.S. Department of Defense contracts for the Middle East, a problem that has caused the administration to review over $6 billion worth of military contracts made over the last few years.
