TJX Settles Consumer Class Actions Over Data Breach

Law360, New York (September 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Retailer TJX Companies Inc. has agreed to offer credit monitoring, store vouchers and a three-day sale under a class action settlement reached with consumers who were alleged victims of identity theft in one of the largest data security breaches ever in the United States.
