Medical Pot Groups' Challenge To LA Law Goes Up In Smoke

Law360, New York (July 5, 2012, 5:24 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday said groups that grow medical marijuana may not enjoy more privacy rights than pharmacies that offer more traditional remedies, saying those groups must abide by a city ordinance that regulates their growth of pot.
