Morgan & Finnegan Hires ITC Litigator

Law360, New York (June 15, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Intellectual property specialty firm Morgan & Finnegan has hired Kent R. Stevens, an attorney specializing in IP litigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission, as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Stevens, who was in private practice before joining Morgan & Finnegan, has made appearances in more than 30 Section 337 investigations and has been lead counsel in seven Section 337 trials, the firm said.
