HHC Crafts Sabbath Time Off Policy After Nurses Complain

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 2:33 PM EDT) -- The New York City Health and Hospitals Corp. said Friday it would implement a new policy to accommodate time off requests made on religious grounds after nurses at a Bronx, N.Y., facility complained to the state attorney general's office that they weren't being allowed to observe the Sabbath.
