Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 3:54 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Friday shot down a petition challenging a Federal Aviation Administration air quality analysis of a planned expansion of the Philadelphia International Airport, finding that the FAA need not show particular deference to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency comments on the study.
