ITC Speeds Up Probe Into German Pipes

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 3:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Friday that it hadn't received enough feedback from foreign companies to warrant a full review of anti-dumping duties on steel pipes from Germany.

The commission said that as a result, it will conduct only an expedited review into whether revoking anti-dumping duties on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe would hurt American businesses.
