A&P Wants Departed Execs To Pay Back Bonuses

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 7:02 PM EDT) -- The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. has sued two of its former top executives in New Jersey state court, seeking $235,000 for bonuses the supermarket chain owner contends they forfeited when they left the company earlier this year.

The two suits, filed July 2 in Bergen County, allege breach of contract and unjust enrichment against Marie Robinson, A&P's former senior vice president of supply and logistics, and Patrick Brown, the store's former director of food and safety.
