Judge Rejects Daimler Bid To Toss Suit Over Shooting

Law360, New York (September 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has paved the way for a trial in the personal injury case brought by the wife of a DaimlerChrysler Corp. employee who was killed in a shooting rampage by a suicidal co-worker, ruling that the questions at issue are best left to a jury.
