FDIC Fights Fee Payout In Imperial Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (July 9, 2012, 5:47 PM EDT) -- The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. on Monday objected to about $1.6 million in fees sought by administrators including Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in the bankruptcy of Imperial Capital Bank, saying payments would only be for the companies' benefit.
