Treasury Finalizes Rule For Contractor E-Payment

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 7:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of the Treasury finalized a rule Monday that will implement its new online payment system for contractors, saying the new system will streamline payments for civilian-agency contractors, including with more than 4,000 small businesses that contract with Treasury annually.
