Fed. Circ. Judge Calls Out FEMA Contract Overspending

Law360, Washington (July 10, 2012, 7:03 PM EDT) -- A Federal Circuit judge voiced concerns Tuesday that the Federal Emergency Management Agency may have used a mobile home inspection dispute with a federal contractor to silence criticism that the agency had grossly overpaid other contracts.
