Study Links Medicare Fraud Investigators To CMS Contractors

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 7:56 PM EDT) -- Companies applying for contracts with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to weed out fraud and abuse within the Medicare program often have a contractual or financial relationship with the companies they could potentially investigate, according to a government report released Tuesday.
