LA Sheriff, Prosecutors Routinely Suppress Evidence: Suit

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 4:40 PM EDT) -- A defense attorney represented by the American Civil Liberties Union, two law professors and other lawyers on Tuesday accused Los Angeles County's district attorney and sheriff of regularly withholding evidence from criminal defendants that could be favorable to their cases.
