ITC Votes To Keep Steel Bar Duties For Brazil, Others

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 5:06 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday voted to keep in place anti-dumping duty orders on stainless steel bar from Brazil, India, Japan and Spain, finding that lifting the safeguards would likely hurt domestic producers in the near future.
