Pentagon's 2013 Budget Will Break Spending Limits, CBO Says

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 7:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense's budget roadmap is not enough to keep the Pentagon beneath new spending caps in last year's Budget Control Act, and its five-year plan will likely cost $123 billion more than the DOD projects, according to a new Congressional Budget Office report.
