Religious Groups Not Immune To Bias Claims, 6th Circ. Finds

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 8:21 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit found on Wednesday that the Rehabilitation Act does not include religious exemptions, reversing a lower court’s ruling that the Salvation Army’s religious motivation allowed it to dodge employment discrimination claims brought under the act.
