Trucking Co. Can't Delay PCB Cleanup At ConocoPhillips Site

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 5:59 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Wednesday denied Rogers Cartage Co.'s bid to block an injunction requested by ConocoPhillips Co. that would force the trucking company to begin abatement of the energy giant's property near St. Louis, which it allegedly fouled with PCBs while leasing the land.
