House Sends Senate Bill To Hasten Mineral Mine Permitting

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 9:32 PM EDT) -- After a spirited debate, the U.S. House of Representatives voted Wednesday afternoon to send the Senate a bill that drastically would shorten the process for would-be developers of nonfuel mineral mines to obtain project permits.
