Seafood Co. Owed Chinese Crawfish Duties, Fed. Circ. Says

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 2:51 PM EDT) -- Seafood company PS Chez Sidney LLC is owed its share of anti-dumping duties imposed against Chinese crawfish imports under the defunct Byrd Amendment, the Federal Circuit ruled Friday, reversing a U.S. Court of International Trade decision to the contrary.
