FDA Warns Of Listeria Potential In Cheese From NY Co.

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 7:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration warned residents of New York and three other states on Friday that Mexicali Cheese Corp. cheese may contain the deadly bacteria Listeria monocytogenes, one week after another company recalled its food products over the same pathogen.
