Mother Blasts Crib Company In Court

Law360 (September 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Less than a week after a massive crib recall, a Chicago mother has filed a potential class action lawsuit against manufacturer Simplicity Inc. and others, accusing the companies of negligence regarding the faulty baby product that allegedly lead to the death of at least one infant and possibly others.
