US Says Va. Court Has Jurisdiction In Megaupload Case

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 3:56 PM EDT) -- U.S. prosecutors told a Virginia federal court on Friday that it had jurisdiction to hear the case against alleged piracy website Megaupload.com since the site maintained some of the key parts of its business, including servers and data files, in the United States.
