Play Yards Called Back Following Infant's Death

Law360, New York (September 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In what could be an alarming trend, another baby product has been recalled in the wake of an infant's death only days after the public received a warning about a series of cribs that are believed to have led to several fatalities as well.

On Thursday, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission revealed that Kolcraft Enterprises Inc. had decided to voluntarily recall an estimated 425,000 infant play yards following the death of a 10-month-old boy in May.
