Katun Fires Back In Antitrust Spat With Ricoh

Law360 (September 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ink cartridge maker Katun Corp. wants a court to quash moves by rival Ricoh Inc. for summary judgment on its antitrust claims, accusing the Japanese photocopier manufacturer of embarking on a smear campaign to avoid the issue.
