House Sets Clock On Bill To Mellow Law Behind Gibson Raid

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 10:20 PM EDT) -- The House Rules Committee set an amendment deadline Monday for a bill to rein in 2008 amendments that broadened a wildlife and plant protection law that was the basis for a raid on Gibson Guitar Corp. last August, a sign the legislation may move forward soon.
