Dewey Gets Thumbs-Up For File Disposal Procedures

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 8:52 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Friday granted approval to Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's motion laying out the procedures through which it can seek out claims for its client files and dispose of unclaimed files.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Martin Glenn signed off on Dewey's motion after reviewing objections by Lloyd's America Inc., CitiStorage LLC, Iron Mountain Information Management Inc. and others, as well as Dewey's reply.
