NJ Marketing Co. Accused Of $1.4M Investor Fraud

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 7:51 PM EDT) -- New Jersey regulators have sued a Haskell, N.J.-based marketing company and three of its executives for allegedly scamming more than 50 investors out of about $1.4 million through a purported prepaid debit card venture, the state announced Tuesday.

Branded Marketing LLC President and CEO Richard Jackowitz instead used company and investor funds for a 28-foot boat, the installation of a home theater, casinos, spa services and luxury goods from Chanel, among other items, New Jersey Attorney General Jeffrey S.
