Agencies At Impasse As GAO Again Backs Veteran Set-Asides

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 7:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' ongoing refusal to set aside certain commercial supply contracts for veteran-owned businesses has led to the fourth straight rebuke from the U.S. Government Accountability Office, putting the agencies at loggerheads and fueling speculation that Congress or a federal court will take up the issue.
