ThinkStrategy Founder Charged Over Securities Fraud Scheme

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- The founder of New York-based asset management firm ThinkStrategy Capital Management LLC was hit with criminal fraud charges, unsealed Tuesday, for duping investors by misrepresenting the performance and assets of two hedge funds that had allegedly invested in Ponzi schemes.
