Judge Tosses Complaints In GPU Price-Fixing Case

Law360 (September 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has chucked the direct and indirect purchasers’ complaints in the multidistrict litigation accusing chip makers of price-fixing for graphics processing units, but refused to free Advanced Micro Devices Inc. from the litigation.
