Hospitals Pay $4.5M To End Nurses' Pay Suit

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 1:18 PM EDT) -- The Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network wrapped up an overtime suit Tuesday when a Pennsylvania federal judge gave his blessing to a $4.5 million class and collective action settlement covering more than 2,000 nurses who allegedly weren't paid for all the time they worked.
