Geithner Stands By 2008 Response To Libor Worries

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 4:44 PM EDT) -- Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner on Wednesday defended the U.S. response to concerns over the process used to set Libor, saying that after possible issues came to light, American regulators acted quickly to investigate and propose changes.
