Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday slashed the majority of discrimination claims brought by a group of Hispanic employees against DHL Global Forwarding, saying they could not proceed while a separate U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit is ongoing.
