Doll Stroller Becomes Latest Child Item Recalled

Law360, New York (September 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Concerned after a toddler partially severed a finger, Lan Enterprises has decided to voluntarily recall thousands of doll strollers in an attempt to ward off more problems with the children's toy.

On Friday, the Oregon-based manufacturer, joined by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, announced the call back of approximately 21,000 Mini Zooper doll strollers in the wake of a child cutting off his finger tip.
