Judge Won't Halt Calif.'s Force-Fed Foie Gras Sale Ban

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 10:50 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday denied a bid by foie gras producers and buyers for a temporary restraining order against a state ban on the sale of food products made from the forced feeding of birds.
