Improving Access To Gov't Contractor Integrity Info

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 1:07 PM EDT) -- The Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System is designed to be a "one-stop shop" for acquisition professionals to obtain information regarding contractor performance and responsibility matters, including nonresponsibility determinations, terminations for default and administrative agreements entered into in lieu of suspension or debarment.
