Judge Tells Gas Meter Co. Exec To Yield Stolen Technology

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday issued a contempt order against a former employee of Schlumberger Ltd. subsidiary M-I LLC and his gas flare meter company for failing to turn over patents and equipment that were found to be the product of stolen trade secrets.
