AMR Gets More Time To File Plan, Consider Merger Options

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 2:05 PM EDT) -- American Airlines Inc. and parent AMR Corp. won more time Thursday to exclusively file a Chapter 11 restructuring plan, while CEO Tom Horton met with suitor US Airways Inc.'s chief to discuss the debtor's possible merger plans.
