Staffing Firm Says ClearVision, Rival Cheated On Deal

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 9:45 PM EDT) -- FinTech Consulting LLC on Thursday sued ClearVision Optical and Antler Group Inc. in New Jersey state court, claiming the eyewear maker and the consulting firm had cut it out of a staffing agreement by directly contacting each other in breach of their contracts.
