Hotel Owner Claims $4M In Damages From Faulty Shower Pans

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 11:59 AM EDT) -- A Istithmar Group unit that gave a Washington hotel an upscale facelift accused a contractor and product supplier Thursday of installing faulty shower pans it now has to replace, racking up more than $4 million in damages to the hotel and its business.
