Asbestos Victims Want Quigley President Out

Law360, New York (September 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group claiming to have suffered asbestos-related injuries after exposure to products manufactured by former Pfizer Inc. subsidiary Quigley Co. has slammed the company's moves to keep its “absentee” leader, Paul A. Street, at the helm.

In an objection filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the ad-hoc committee of tort victims asked the judge presiding over Quigley's bankruptcy case to block a bid to extend Street's employment contract.
