ITC Vacates Dimmer Switch Ban In Light Of Expired Patent

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 3:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday said the recent expiration of a patent allegedly incorporated into dimmer switches imported into the U.S. precludes a ban on this merchandise, vacating a judge's ruling last month blocking such imports.
