Law360, Washington (July 20, 2012, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal court's decision that found statutes placing additional malpractice liability on physicians who administer abortions are unconstitutional and discriminates against providers and those seeking abortion services should be upheld, a physician told the Fifth Circuit on Thursday.
