Dell Accountants Hit With Insider Trading Suit

Law360, New York (October 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A new suit filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission alleges three Dell Inc. accountants put their insider knowledge to lucrative and illegal use when they bought put options just before a public announcement of poor earnings made the company's stock plummet.
