Pa. Court Affirms $10M Prempro Judgment Against Pfizer

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 6:27 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court on Friday upheld a $10.4 million damages award leveled against a Pfizer Inc. unit for its failure to warn of the risks allegedly posed by the hormone replacement therapy Prempro, backing expert testimony linking the drug to breast cancer.
