NJ Appeals Court Limits Unemployment Benefits Eligibility

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 6:27 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court ruled in a precedential decision Monday that a Canadian economist was ineligible for unemployment benefits because he was not “available for work” under the terms of his limited work authorization issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
