EPA Takes Aim At Luminant Over Texas Plant Permits

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 5:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice and finding of violation against Energy Future Holdings Corp. and subsidiary Luminant Generation Co. LLC, accusing the Texas utility of violating the Clean Air Act by failing to update permits at two of its coal-fired power plants.
