NYC Soda Ban Primed To Pop Off Nationwide

Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 8:53 PM EDT) -- The restrictions on soda sales proposed by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg are poised to catch fire with cities and towns across the country, and could even spark new labeling requirements for the drinks at the federal level, experts say.
